GEM will post our next scheduled live session on our FB page.
-------How to purchase-------
1. For first time buyers, kindly message us via FB messenger and provide us with your name, contact number and mailing address.
2. Customers should check and confirm measurements for each item before placing a bid. Measurement details are indicated under βPinned Commentβ during the live session. Do request for it if pinned comment is not there.
3. Comment item code, colour (if any) and size (if any) that GEM mentioned during the live session.
For example: Mermaid (item code) Purple (colour) L (size)
4. Successful bidders will be based on GEM admin screen.
5. GEM will follow up with your order to arrange for the delivery option.
-------Ordering after live stream-------
1. You may also view past live videos in the βVideosβ tab, screenshot the item(s) and PM us. We will get back to you shortly (subjected to availability)
-------Payment Method-------
Payment can be made by:

3. Once the bill is sent, payment must be made within 24 hours if not ordered items will be released immediately and you will be blocked from future live sessions.
-------Delivery Method-------
1. SmartPac services - $3.8 flat rate, maximum 2 pieces.
2. Postage services β
a. $3 postage (Weight 500g to 1kg)
b. $2 postage (Weight 250g to 499kg)
c. $1.5 postage (Weight: below 250g)
Postage will only be arranged after payment is made. Please verify and confirm your address is accurate when parcel picture is sent to you prior to mailing.
Normal postage will take about 3 to 5 working days to reach your address mailbox. Please allow for more time when there are PHs.
**We will not be liable for any normal postage parcels lost in transition.

GEM live sessions are NOT for fussy, MIA, fake or high expectations buyers
No cancellation of items after the live stream
π« Customers who failed to honour their purchases will be permanently banned from future live sessions. π«
Exchange & Refund for Defective items or Incorrect Items
1. Colour deviation of items due to lighting differences are not considered defects
2. The difference in orientation of prints from the live session are not considered defects
3. If an item is proven defective or incorrect,
a. Exchange of item can be done via postage (paid by us if the incorrect item received)
4. A refund can be made via PAYNOW or offset in next purchase.
