Aerial Yoga Playdate 🤍

This is the class that started it all for our Avokids programme.

Over the years, we’ve watched little ones grow, and something even more special has happened. Some of our students who first came to us for adult aerial yoga to prenatal aerial and are now returning as mums, bringing their babies to Playdate before moving on to Mini Flyers as they grow.

It’s such a privilege to create a space that supports every season of motherhood—from finding time for yourself, to bonding with your little one, and watching them discover the joy of movement.

My heart is so full seeing this community come full circle. 🥹💛

Mini Flyers (18 months–2 years)

Our Mini Flyers classes are thoughtfully designed to support your toddler’s development through fun, play-based movement. Activities help build essential gross motor skills, including:
🤸 Jumping and climbing
⚖️ Balance and coordination
✋ Grip strength and hand development
🌪️ Vestibular development (movement and spatial awareness)
💪 Proprioception (body awareness and control)

Every class combines movement, exploration, and play to help little ones grow stronger, more confident, and more aware of their bodies while having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

✨ Community Get-Together! ✨

Mums and their little ones spent the morning exploring aerial together — flying, swinging, climbing, and building confidence while connecting through movement and play.

The kids then got creative during a clay art session, while mums enjoyed a little pocket of time for coffee, meaningful conversations, and sharing the ups and downs of the parenting journey. ☕

Of course, there were also lovely treats and goodies to enjoy:
🍓 Haru Plate — the kids absolutely loved the yoghurt, jam, and fresh fruit cups!
🌿 A For Apothecary — a beautiful selection of handcrafted skincare products and soothing balms!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this morning so special.

We loved seeing little ones having fun, parents connecting, and our community coming together.

A playful parent-child aerial class where little ones can swing, stretch, balance and explore movement alongside a grown-up. There will be lots of fun and maybe even a short obstacle game! Perfect for building confidence, coordination and lots of happy memories together.

Climb, spin, hang upside down and learn fun aerial tricks as a pair! A unique bonding experience that gets everyone moving, laughing and trying something new together.

We’re opening up limited trial slots for our Kids Aerial classes on selected dates this month — perfect if you’ve been curious to let your child try something new.

Through playful movement, swings, and gentle upside-down moments, your child will build:

🌿 Body awareness & strength
🌿 Focus & coordination
🌿 A sense of calm (yes, even the busy ones!)

No experience needed — just a curious heart and a willingness to have fun.
