Dear Shoppers of SuBSuBShui, kindly take some time to read through our Terms & Conditions before you shop with us. New Buyers, please PM us your Name, Contact & Full mailing address once your bidding is successful. Honor Your Bid and Bid Wisely. Please allow 1cm to 3cm in measurement differences due to manual hand-measured & mass factory production.
2. Payment MUST BE
made within 24hrs of my billing. Please PM us a screenshot of the transaction as proof. We would auto release the item(s) if your payment DID NOT reach us within 24hrs. PayNow ID: 97695178 | POSB Savings : 404-32054-8
3. Delivery
a. FREE Normal Mail or otherwise stated during the Live Stream.
**Please note that the seller WILL NOT be liable for any loss of parcels during the delivery. The standard Courier Fee is SGD4.50 (Below 5kg)
c. Free Courier for orders above SGD50.00
d. Singapore Local Mail Only. We do not mail overseas.
4. Exchange/Return/Refund policies:
a. STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURN after payment made except for obvious manufacturing defect(s). We reserve the right to reject any refund, exchange, or returns should we find that the item is acceptable. Please take note of the measurements before you bid
c. Exchange/Refund/Return for any defective item(s), MUST BE informed within three (3) calendar days upon receiving your item(s). Please provide us proof of the manufacturing defect(s) in a clear photo with; Item(s) in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags/labels still uncut. Buyer to mail the agreed item(s) back to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of approved return. The buyer will bear the return postage charges. All buyer’s return mailing MUST provide a Tracking Number to the seller (e.g., Registered Mail/Smart Pac/Courier).
5. Our Rights:
a. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any point of time without prior notice. Music played during Livestream is for entertainment purposes. No copyright infringement was intended. Happy Shopping 美女俊男们！
