Where to stay in Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan when travelling for limited time!

Find your hotel near 📍​Shuishe Pier!

1) It functions as the gateway to the lake, meaning you waste zero time figuring out logistics or waiting on long transfers.
2) ​Direct Bus Connections
3)​ Effortless Boat Access: As one of the primary piers for the lake’s shuttle boats, you can step out of your accommodation and immediately board a ferry to visit key attractions across the water, like Ita Thao or Xuanguang Temple.
4) The local hop-on-hop-off lake bus circles around from here, making it incredibly simple to reach land-based spots like the Xiangshan Visitor Center or Wenwu Temple.

Just a random story which i am posting as a reel!!
The Ci'en Pagoda (慈恩塔) at Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan was built by former President Chiang Kai-shek in April 1971. He constructed the 46-meter octagonal pagoda on Shabalan Mountain as a tribute to his late mother, Wang Caiyu.

Highly recommend visiting the Wen Wu temple when visiting the Sun Moon lake in Taiwan!

Its a grand Taoist temple dedicated to the God of Literature (文昌) and the God of War (關聖帝君). Open 8AM–8PM.
Perched on the northern shore with sweeping lake views. The red-and-gold architecture is extraordinary.

Do checkout this amazing restaurant when you are in Taichung, Taiwan! The owner is amazing, the food was really nice, yummy and more like comfort food.
They do have vegan options too!
Do share a chat with the owner and he will suggest you the right dish to try !! It's a perfect blend of Indian food with Taiwanese goodness!!
