「振興餅舖」～百年時光印記
在臺中巿西屯區舊巿區「西大墩老街」靜謐的光明路始於日據時代的巷弄。
創始人懷著對傳統禮餅、糕餅的熱愛在「街仔頭」起家，祖輩們開枝散葉後，於光明路的「街仔尾」沿續。
製作年節喜慶祭祀中敬拜神明與結婚嫁娶文定禮盒中的魯肉綠豆椪、狀元糕、鳳片糕、壽桃和麵龜、蛋黃酥等禮餅、糕點，成為年節祭祀與神明交流恭敬心意的橋樑，慶賀訂婚聘禮六禮之一分享喜悅的囍餅，不僅是禮餅、糕餅更是情感的寄託，讓每一口都蘊含著滿滿的祝福。
