Update on Etsy:

The popular company who falsely claimed intellectual property rights on MY registered and copyrighted designs immediately withdrew their claims and reports upon notice of legal action. As a result, Etsy has reinstated my listings. My shop is open on there for now, as I explore new options.

I will not be bullied into compliance by a company that is knowingly and repeatedly filing false claims of copyright ownership in efforts to scare and shut down small local businesses. This is happening to multiple local small shops, and it is infuriating and disheartening.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to shop small, and support local. Thank you for being here, and for supporting my small business and community. ❤️

Important Announcement regarding my shop❤️

Due to false claims over intellectual property rights regarding MY original copyrighted designs, my listings are unavailable on Etsy. In full transparency, there is a company falsely claiming that I am violating their copyright, when I in fact hold it. Etsy's Policies allow anyone to report listings and claim they own the copyright to it. When this happens, Etsy removes your listings. I have spent a lot of time trying to remedy this with Etsy. However, this is their most recent response. A 'properly formatted infringement notice' is simply a form stating that you believe someone is infringing on you.

When sellers use this platform, the platform receives a significant portion of the sales. It is unfortunate that they are not backing the sellers and wonderful shops that make it successful. As a result, at this time, any orders can be made by messaging me directly. Thank you for being here. ❤️
