The idea of MAKING LEMONADE FROM LEMONS has transpired into my love of sewing. I discovered that I can find more unique fabrics by searching for tired clothing items that have seen better days. Often times the type of fabric and the print will steer me in the direction I think the new children’s garment should go. I love mixing fabrics, patterns, adding embellishments and tiny elements to make the

item truly unique. I pay very close attention to details and strive to make each item my best. All inside seems are serged to prevent fraying. Some articles are topstitched when necessary for added feature, as well as durability. Knit apparel can often grow with children and be layered and worn over several seasons. My purpose is to make unique, quality items that cannot be duplicated or purchased from a chain store. I truly enjoy sewing for kids and dressing them in one-of-a-kind pieces.
