Honoring, remembering, and thankful for the brave men and women who gave their lives allowing the freedoms we often take for granted. Also thankful for the military wives, husbands, and families who made sacrifices alongside them- carrying burdens, enduring distance, and living with loss that can never be fully understood.

As we gather with family and friends today, “get things done” for those that have the day off, hang out at the pool on opening day, or whatever it is, pause to remember that our freedoms came at a high and precious cost.

Let us honor the fallen soldiers not only with our words, but with gratitude and by never forgetting the sacrifices made for us. ❤️🇺🇸
