The last few weeks have been good for my soul…I’ve been soaking up the morning sun, spending more time barefoot in the grass, more time in His word, slowing down enough to breathe, and I’m finally starting to feel better. 🌿

Sometimes the best reset isn’t complicated… it’s fresh air, quiet mornings, a little grounding, and gratitude for the little things.

I’m feeling excited for what’s to come, both personally and here at Thistle & Salt. There are some good things stirring, and I can’t wait to share them with y’all. Yall stop by! 💜

Y’all…sometimes you can drink all the water, eat all the clean food, drink and rub on all the Rowe Casa, soak in the detox, take the supplements, say your prayers, and do all the things…and you still end up needing a doctor or a dentist. That’s just life. 😯

Well… this girl has a toothache, and let me tell ya, it’s made me just a wee bit grouchy. 😬😂 Probably best for everybody that the store is closed for the evening! 😐

I’ll be over on Main Street first thing in the morning to let the “pretty good” dentist in town work his magic. Y’all say a little prayer he finds the culprit and gets me back to smiling instead of gritting my teeth. 😬
