THE TABLE IS ALREADY SET

If God removed every enemy from your life, you’d never discover how faithful He really is.

Psalm 23 says something remarkable.

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.”

Notice what David didn’t say.

He didn’t say God removed the enemy.

He said God prepared the table.

Many of us spend our prayers asking God to eliminate every difficult situation. Yet Jesus told His disciples, “In this world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

The victory wasn’t going to come by avoiding trouble.

The victory had already been secured through Christ.

Now we learn to walk in it.

The enemy may see your struggle…

But he also has to watch God sustain you.

He has to watch God provide.

He has to watch God strengthen you.

He has to watch God keep His promises.

Don’t focus on who’s sitting across the table.

Focus on Who prepared the table.

Because wherever God is present…

Victory is already within reach.
