Three years ago today — October 5, 2023 — Valley View Customs officially began!

It’s crazy to think about everything that has happened in those three years. So many shirts, gifts, late nights, new ideas, lessons learned, and most importantly, SO many amazing customers who have supported this little business along the way. ❤️

Just a little reminder regarding orders! ❤️

I’ve mentioned this before, but since it’s been happening more frequently lately, I wanted to bring it up again.

I will no longer begin working on or purchase anything needed for an order until payment has been received. Discussing an order, telling me what you’d like, or confirming the details does not mean the order has officially been placed.

I’ve had several instances lately where an order has been discussed and confirmed, but payment hasn’t been sent, and then additional items are added or changes are made with the assumption that I’m already moving forward with the order.

I completely understand wanting to make changes or add something before everything is finalized — that’s totally fine! I just ask that once we have everything figured out, payment is sent.

And of course, I understand that plans can change. If you decide you no longer want to move forward with an order, just let me know! Communication is always appreciated.

Thank you so much for understanding and for continuing to support my small business!

Just wanted to share a little FYI if you're ordering the Pink Out volleyball shirts! The mockup is Gildan brand. If you choose a different brand (perfectly fine!) it will be in a color close to the mockup.
