What do you wish people understood about your role as a father?

As Father’s Day quickly approaches, the conversations continue.

Over the past few weeks, I had the privilege of sitting down with a group of fathers and listening to their stories, reflections, challenges, lessons learned, and the realities that often go unseen.

Some spoke about providing.
Some spoke about sacrifice.
Some spoke about mistakes.
Some spoke about growth.

But all of them offered a perspective worth hearing.
