Often times, so many women care about what other people may think about them with they walk into a room.
Instead of being concerned about what others think, worry about it and what you think of yourself! Learn to love ALL OF YOU!
Here are a few tips for implementing self love into your everyday routine:
1. Stand in the mirror naked every day/night & embrace the parts of you that you consider ugly or fat/don’t like.
2. Post self love sticky notes all over that same mirror & read them each time you go in there.
3. Wear things that make you feel uncomfortable (example: crop tops, 2 pieces lingerie, something see through etc.)
4. Put on some make up & heels.
5. Strut you s**t around the house until you’re comfortable enough to be bold outside
6. STEP TF OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE ! HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH & BE THAT B**** IN ANY ROOM YOU WALK IN 😝
