The current version of the Hat Helper is custom designed with tight tolerances for a commonly used cap hoop clasp that comes with Ricoma embroidery machines among others. As the product matures, we will produce models for various cap hoop clasps that are not compatible with this one. Please look at the pictures closely to ensure your hoop clasp matches, as there are many clasps that are compatible with this tool.
