A native of Lewisburg, West Virginia, Dr. Perrine earned a Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Perrine worked several years with opthamolgists before opening the Eye and Hearing Aid Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She specializes in treating eye diseases like glaucoma and works closely with Dr. Hays in pre and post operative cataract and cornea surgery. Dr
