Pizza Peel -perfect for putting raw pizza into an oven. Dough doesn't stick. Short handle for easy storage. Peel head is 12" wide. Handle is 8". Made for Pizza-Porta, but great for OONI, Dough-Jo, NGE wedges, RockBox or other wood fired ovens.
