This precious little beauty entered into the Fourth of July pageant yesterday in Pegram, TN wearing her Blissy Couture Uncle Same tutu dress...and she WON! She was crowned Pegram Wee Miss 2018! Congrats sweet girl and thank you for allowing Blissy Couture to make your pretty dress! Hope everyone had a great 4th!!!
