I'd never heard of the Calendula or Hamman before. I started using the Calendula soap first because I was intrigued by some of the basic benefits. I ended up finding the flower petals in Florida at my stone shop. I wanted to look further into it.

Outside activities! I'm where Alot of people have pain issues with muscles and joints, back and more! I slathered the Paprika Basalm everywhere yesterday. Was in the yard 4+ hrs. It wasn't there bad yesterday afterwards. Ankles did good. Got up this morning and slathered the Horse Chestnut Basalm everywhere. I'm Gucci baby!! 🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️
Massaging it in is key!! Massage well!! Use your tools if you have them.
