This photo pretty much sums up my life lately 😂 Trying to enjoy the mountains and still end up taking calls on top of a boulder. At this point, I think the universe is very loudly telling me to slow down for a minute.
The last few months have been a lot. Between being displaced from my home, moving again, computer and internet issues, working at the bridal shops, running and trying to grow my own business, and still trying to have some kind of life outside of work, I’ve realized I need to actually listen.
So, I’m taking a short break from shooting new sessions. I won’t be taking on any new sessions until after mid-September, and I’ll post when I’m ready to open those dates back up. You can absolutely still reach out and book future sessions since my fall dates book up quickly.
If you’re already booked with me or inquiring, nothing is changing. All sessions, weddings, and events already on my calendar are still happening as planned!
I’ll also still be editing current galleries and working behind the scenes. A big part of this break is giving myself the space to catch up and make sure I’m giving every gallery and every client the time and quality they deserve.
I love photography way too much to let myself completely burn out on it, so I’m taking the hint, slowing down a little, getting caught up, and giving myself some room to breathe.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for sticking with me through a pretty chaotic season of life.
