From painting on canvas, to painting on gently worn jackets, shoes, sneakers, skirts, hats, handbags and coats -- upcycling workshops are taking hold like paint parties did a few years ago. Instead of painting on canvas, upcycling enthusiasts are painting on wearables, connecting to their aesthetic impulses & releasing their creativity.

This novel workshop experience is lbeing hosted by master upcyclist, Brandi Lewis of Syeko Design House, who will share her canvas painting technique with participants to refresh garments and accessories they choose to recycle.
