✨ A Couple of Quick Updates ✨

First, we want to sincerely thank everyone for your continued support and patience! ❤️

👕 Shirt Update:
We’ve discovered that the peeling issue some customers experienced was caused by the heating element on our heat press beginning to fail without us realizing it. The good news is that repressing the design with our new press fixes the issue! If you’ve received a shirt that’s peeling, please send us a message. We’d be more than happy to repress it and make it right.

💳 Ordering Update:
To help keep our orders organized and running smoothly, all shirt orders will now require payment before we begin production. This helps us stay on schedule and prevents us from having to track down payments after orders are completed.

💛 A Quick Note to Our Amazing Customers 💛

We want to be transparent with you all. Recently, we’ve had a few shirts experience peeling after washing. After doing some troubleshooting, we discovered that a heat press issue caused some transfers to not receive enough pressure during production, preventing them from fully adhering as they should have.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to pinpoint every order that may have been affected, or we would have reached out to each customer personally.

We stand behind the quality of our products, and we’ve corrected the issue to ensure every shirt meets our quality standards moving forward.

If you’ve purchased a shirt from us recently and are experiencing any peeling or quality issues, please don’t hesitate to send us a message. We will gladly make it right because your satisfaction means everything to us.

🚨Chelsey will NOT be at Salt River all week. The only pick up locations this week will be Superior Solutions behind Parkway Baptist or porch pick up in Woodlawn. Thanks!

🚨If you pick up at Superior, your bag will be sitting outside by the flower pots by the first set of double doors! No need to come in, just stop by at your convenience between 8:30-3:30 ☺️
