I attended a zoom today on property preservation and it really opened my eyes. One thing that stood out to me is how many opportunities exist behind the scenes in real estate especially when it comes to securing, repairing, and preparing foreclosed homes before they hit the market. It was mentioned that this industry is often dominated by minorities and mostly men, which made me think about how important exposure is in our community. Sometimes we simply don’t know certain lanes exist. Generational wealth starts with awareness. Ownership, contracts, and service-based businesses are powerful tools. I appreciate the insight shared by Melody Shari . I won’t be able to take the 5-week class starting April 11th because I’m focused on CNA school right now, but the information was valuable. Just wanted to share in case it sparks interest for someone else.

Raising kids especially teenagers,is not easy. Sometimes they test limits, sometimes they want to grow up too fast, and sometimes things get out of our control.But that does NOT make you a bad parent.
You can love your kids deeply and still face challenges. You can do your best and still be judged.Keep showing up. Keep loving your babies. And don’t let outside opinions define your journey.
