Blissful Bakery and More, LLC
We are seeking a dependable, energetic team member to assist with both kitchen production and front-counter customer service. In this hybrid role, you will play an essential part in our daily operations—helping fry, glaze, and prepare fresh donuts in the kitchen during early morning production, then transitioning to the front counter to greet guests, process transactions, and pack orders during morning rushes.

Key Responsibilities
• Kitchen & Production: Safely operate commercial fryers to fry, glaze, and finish fresh donuts according to company quality and health standards.
• Prep & Sanitation: Assist with kitchen setup, ingredient preparation, and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Transition seamlessly to the front counter to warmly greet guests, take accurate orders, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pack, box, and present orders to customers.
• Maintenance: Keep prep stations, display cases, customer dining areas, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctual arrival for early morning shifts.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and comfortably transition between food preparation and customer-facing service.
• Communication: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously for the duration of a 5hour shift.
• Lifting Requirement: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., bags of flour, sugar, or containers of cooking oil).
• Equipment Safety: Comfort and safety-awareness when working near hot commercial kitchen equipment.

Location: Bauxite, AR
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday (Shift: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM)
Pay Rate: $12.00 / hour
