As a Doula I am a trained professional that offers physical, emotional, spiritual, and informational support to a new mother and the rest of the family. As a Birth Doula I offer the following:

* 24 hours a day on call emotional and educational support during entire pregnancy
* Guidance in development of individualized birth plan
* Labor support/coaching from onset of labor to several hours afte

* Positioning & relaxation techniques to help ease and progress labor
* Postpartum visit with breastfeeding support and guidance. As a Postpartum doula I offer the following:

* Physical support

* Spiritual Support
* Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support and tips
* Baby care instruction
* Household assistance
* Sibling care
