If the USPS loses your package, delivers it late, or delivers to the wrong location, I will not issue a refund for your item. Although frustrating, I can not control the way the post office delivers its packages. You will need to file an insurance claim to get your money back, if it is lost. The United States Postal Service is general is very reliable, but delays do occasionally happen, especially during the Christmas holidays. If you refuse a package when it is mailed to you and it is then returned to me, I will not issue a refund. Pay Pal, cash, and credit/debit cards are accepted forms of payment.
