From the archives. Boston back in January, mid-winter and bitter cold.
One frame from a walk through the city. Bare trees, low gray light, the kind of cold that makes the whole street feel held together by tension.
Posting it in July on purpose. The work does not expire just because the season did.

From the archive. The Julieann session from late May.
Golden hour wrapping soft, a quiet frame that is the opposite of my usual chaos. No crowd, no stage, just one person and good light.
Portraits keep me honest. Slower, quieter, every bit as real.

Reaching back to the Melrose Avenue night at Empire Live in April. The one that turned the room into a pressure cooker.
One frame. Vlado mid-scream, light raking across the sweat, the front row a blur of hands.
This Sydney pop-metalcore crew hits like a sledgehammer. I was waist-deep in it and my camera came out covered in grit. Exactly how I like it.

More from the Nashville trip last month. Off the clock, just me and the city at night.
Four frames down Broadway. Neon stacked three stories high, every doorway leaking a different band, the whole street running on electricity and bad decisions.
I shoot music for a living, so a city that never turns the amps off felt like home.

From the archives. Union hockey whiteout back on 3/7.
Two frames from a night the building shook. Bodies into the boards, the crease a scrum, the student section in white losing their minds.
Hockey is the hardest thing I shoot. It is also the most fun. You cannot fake the speed.

DIFFERENT FRAMES. SAME WAR.
Still pulling keepers from the Firebirds home game against Beaumont on 6/5 at MVP.
Four more from field level. The hits, the sideline, the half second after a stop when the whole bench erupts.
This isn't a highlight reel. It's the stuff that happens between the highlights.

From the archives. The Wild Center in Tupper Lake, back in May.
Two frames I keep returning to. Light filtering through the canopy, water sitting still enough to mirror the whole sky.
This is the opposite of my usual night. No crowd, no stage, no scoreboard. Just green, quiet, and room to breathe.

Still mining the Kakos night at from back in early May.
One frame. The singer lit up in a single shaft of light, the rest of the stage swallowed in black.
Some nights the room hands you one frame that says everything. You just have to be there when it does.

Off the clock in Nashville last month, camera still in hand.
Neon bleeding down Broadway, the whole street humming like an amp left on. I shoot loud rooms for a living, so a loud city felt like home.
Four frames from a walk between games. No assignment, no plan, just the light pulling me down the block.

ROAD GAME. SAME VIOLENCE.
Caught Minnesota Monsters at the Nashville Kats on 6/13. Arena football does not travel quiet.
Different city, same collisions, same noise pouring off the turf.
Five frames from the floor in Nashville.
Minnesota Monsters. Nashville Kats.
