Last Thursday after work, I met my friend Crystal Stilwell at Popham Beach.

I knew we were taking pictures, but I didn't expect to have so much fun doing it. We laughed, I played in the water, the wind did whatever it wanted with my hair, and I just went with it.

I felt alive, empowered and completely like myself.

And that's what I love about the message behind what Crystal is creating. Seen. Just as you are.

When I got the pictures back, I knew I wanted to do something a little different with them. I wanted to celebrate what Crystal is creating behind the camera while also celebrating the woman standing in front of it.

So naturally... I made us a Motivated Savages magazine page. 😉

Okay, who else suddenly wants their own photo shoot and a beach to go play on?

14K followers today and somehow, that little sunset post hit 14K views too.

Apparently 1414 has a little something to say about building what matters, trusting where you're headed and keeping going.

Well... okay then.

This is the Northern Lights over my house a few years ago, and it just felt like the right picture for tonight.

Tonight’s sunset had me feeling pretty grateful for this life and all the people who keep showing up for the things I put into the world.

Last night Motivated Savages was tagged alongside , and , which still feels a little wild.

And now there are 52 episodes of the podcast out there too. Every one stands on its own, but together they’ve become something I’m incredibly proud of.

Just feeling really grateful for all of it tonight.
