Classic lines and comfortable style.
A stunning bag designed with pre-loved Ralph Lauren jeans.
10.5" tall x 13.5" wide. Base is 3.5" wide (footed bottom).
35" long attached shoulder strap that can be worn crossbody.
The lining, made with a Brooks Brothers dress shirt, features 3 interior pockets (1 zippered, 1 buttoned, 1 dress shirt pocket)
Magnetic closure.

I call this style Baby Doll.

This adorable purse brings a smile to every face! C’mon, how cute can it be?
8” wide, 7” tall, a 2” base (with little feet!)
7” handles and a bonus 37” removable strap.
Iridescent hardware on the butterfly zipper pull, the magnetic snap closure, the bottom feet and on the swivel clasps.
Fully lined utilizing an upcycled mens dress shirt -Two interior pockets: one is zippered and the other pocket is the breast pocket from the shirt.
So cute even if I do say so myself. $60

Happy 4th of July tote

This a fun bag upcycled from polo jeans.
18" wide, 11" tall, 3 1/2" base. Straps are 22 1/2" and easily fit over your shoulder. It features 5 exterior pockets, 1 is hidden in the front fly. (I couldn't resist!)
Interior lining is a fun bandana pattern with 2 side by side pockets on one side and a large zippered pocket on the other.

Allow me to introduce myself if we haven't yet met. I'm Paula. I am the designer here at Satchels and Sage. I love hand crafting artisan bags from reclaimed textiles. Design and sewing have always been a part of my life in one form or another. I let the textiles inspire me to design unique bags with a little whimsy, functionality and sustainability in mind.
I'm new to posting socials and I am a one person show so go easy and please be patient as I learn how to best navigate this outlet of creativity.
