The schedule we're dreaming of: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10–5, plus one Sunday a month.

A lot of folks have asked....what's a hat bar? We are creating custom hats to fit your style. We offer individual fittings and love a good party if you're planning a wedding, bachelor, bachelorette or birthday bash.
What's even more fun is that we share our beautiful space with . Get a custom hat and pair it with a cocktail or custom mezcal flights.

Do you have an eye for style, a love for people, and a thing for a perfectly shaped hat? Hi-Lonesome Boutique and The Lonesome Hat Bar are looking for a part-time team member who's ready to bring the good vibes.

What you'll do:
Help customers find pieces they'll love — think styling, not just selling
Work the hat bar: steam, shape, and customize hats with customers who want something uniquely theirs (don't worry — we'll teach you everything you need to know)
Keep the floor looking beautiful — stocking, merchandising, and making every display feel intentional
Be a genuine, warm presence that makes Hi-Lonesome feel like a destination, not just a stop

What we're looking for:

A natural sense of style and genuine love for fashion
Customer service experience — you know how to read a room and make people feel great
Flexible availability including weekends
Someone who gets Buena Vista — the outdoor life, the community, the vibe

What you'll get:

$17.50–$20/hr depending on experience
A team that actually has fun — think western fashion shows, staff outings, and the occasional hat that's just for you
The chance to become a legit hat bar expert (it's cooler than it sounds, we promise)
