Marisa Jill’s began as a place to celebrate women, connection, and everyday moments. That love for connection has grown into my new venture, LifeWeaver, a tool that helps families gather and preserve the messages, photos, and moments that make up their lives. This page now follows that journey as we build something meaningful for the people we love.

We made it to RootsTech in Salt Lake City and officially launched LifeWeaver to attendees today! Marisa was awesome talking to a huge group of people anxious to hear all about our amazing app bright and early this morning! We all had fun talking to attendees from our booth all day too.

LifeWeaver was created to solve a problem I think many families have. I had more than 1.2 million text messages, over 60,000 photos, and more than 10,000 videos stored on my phone. It was far too much for anyone to understand or sort through. LifeWeaver takes the messiest digital footprint and turns it into a true life history that a family can actually keep and cherish.

As we prepare to present the app at RootsTech 2026, we have been focused on making the experience easier to use, more intuitive, and more aligned with how people actually think about their memories. We will be doing a live takeover on the RootsTech page on Monday February 23rd at 1:00 pm eastern, to walk through those improvements and show what has been redesigned. I will also stream it here so you can watch from either place.

RootsTech is the largest family history gathering in the world. Millions of people from around the globe take part each year, both in person and online.

Our Story

Marisa Jill's was created to celebrate women of all shapes and sizes. Our founder, Marisa, wanted women to experience what she had yearned for since her youth: Southern Hospitality and Trendy Fashion. She also wanted a way to capture the fun memories, so she built a full-size photography and modeling studio on our main sales floor.
