Over the weekend… we started tearing into the shop — and this is what it looks like when growth gets real.

Walls came down. Space opened up. And we’re building it back with purpose.

We’re getting ready for large-format production (up to 5’ x 10’ signs) and bringing more in-house — less outsourcing, faster turnaround, and way more capability.

And what’s coming next is where it gets serious…

With the new setup, we’ll be able to:
• Print rigid signs (yard signs, aluminum, PVC, acrylic, wood & more)
• Run roll-to-roll for banners, stickers, decals, clings, and window perf
• Do contour cut decals & graphics in-house
• Offer 2.5D textured prints (raised effects you can actually feel)
• Create spot gloss / spot matte finishes
• Produce backlit & layered prints
• Handle large format jobs fast
• Expand into higher volume B2B production

We’re aiming to have everything set up and fully operational in the next 30–60 days.

This isn’t just an upgrade… this changes what we can offer completely.

💥 About the Role

We’re a production print shop looking for a real Graphic Designer who understands print.

This is not a Canva/template role.
Everything must be built for real-world production (DTF, UV, engraving, signage, etc.).

⚠️ Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Illustrator (primary)
Adobe Photoshop (primary)
Understand:
Vector vs raster
300 DPI for print
CMYK vs RGB
Able to prep print-ready files (clean artwork, proper exports)
🧠 What You’ll Do
Design + prep artwork for apparel, hats, signage, engraving
Clean up customer files
Build gang sheets & mockups
Assist with printing & production (training provided)

Designs for how it prints, not just how it looks
Fast, detail-oriented, problem solver

We’re Hiring – Creative Production Specialist

Alright, we’re growing and we need help.

We’re looking for someone who can design and actually understand how things get made. This isn’t just making something look good on a screen — it has to print right too.

What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and cleaning up artwork for shirts, hats, signs, engraving, etc.
• Fixing customer files (you already know how that goes)
• Building gang sheets and mockups
• Jumping in to help with production when needed (we’ll train you)

What we’re looking for:
• Solid with Illustrator and Photoshop
• You understand 300 DPI, CMYK, vector vs raster
• You catch problems before they hit the printer
• Good attitude, willing to learn, and help others

Probably not a fit if:
• You only want to design and not touch production
• You depend on templates for everything
• You don’t understand how printing actually works
