It's been a hectic and bittersweet few weeks. It will be 4 weeks on Sunday since arriving in our new home in Cincinnati and 3 weeks since the movers arrived with furniture and boxes. It's chaos currently in the house but its slowly taking shape. Of course if you came inside, it still looks like a hoarding situation!" 😂📦📦😵‍💫 I'm hoping to set up my workspace at some point but I have unpacked all my rocks and crystals so that makes me happy. 🔮 💖

Everything is very green and hilly here which is quite a change from Texas. And it rains here! Quite a bit! 🌧 Haven't done much exploring yet except to locate grocers, Lowes, and Home Depot. Sadly the beautiful Puff passed shortly after arrival. Her brother Blondie Boy is missing her a lot. The other boys are busy helping with unpacking. It's exhausting work and requires naps! 💤

The house is an adorable 1950s Cape Cod in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and a variety of floral and fauna which makes me happy.

Today The Puff crossed the bridge to be reunited with her brother Wok and sister Callie Coco. It was a privilege to love and be loved by such a beautiful soul for 18 years. She was very much a proper lady with silky soft fur and magnificent whiskers perhaps only matched by H.Poirot's mustache. Until very recently she still zoomed through the house like a cat half her age putting the younger cats to shame.

She passed surrounded by love and light but forever in my heart.

The packers just left and the movers come tomorrow to load it all. 📦 🚚 Saturday is farewell to Texas 😢 and a long drive to the new adventure! 😁 🚗

Things I'm going to miss when I move.🫤 A pair of red shoulder hawks nest and hunt my property every year. 🦅 Yesterday was flying lesson day for their young ones who fledged out of the nest. The adults fly with them and like any parent call for their kids to get over here..now! Of course there is always one that goes the opposite way causing mayhem.😂😂😂 Its an amazing show to watch and listen to every year. Volume up to listen. 🦅❤️🦅❤️

This morning I opened the bedroom blinds to find this visitor peering in. With his silver gossamer wings shimmering in the early morning light, was he delivering a message? A green dragonfly symbolizing renewal, new beginnings, and prosperity softly saying all is well. 💚💚

There is finally an ending and a start to a new beginning with the next couple of weeks bringing change. Closing on new house June 12 in Ohio then movers coming to pack up the house in Texas June 18. A new chapter begins. 🏡❤️

Today my sweet girl came home thanks to the beautiful portrait of her from Maria 💓 She is such a gifted artist who brings comfort and lasting memories. Thank you dear friend! ❤️
