Can we take a moment and talk about this amazing body oil?! First, it smells DIVINE!! I love the lavender and rosemary scent the best. It’s a wonderfully soothing scent especially after a shower. Second, and even better … it’s non-greasy! There is nothing I hate more than a greasy body oil. The combination of Sunflower, Jojoba, and Grapeseed oils makes Heal super nourishing as well. I love to add it in to my body cream for an extra boost. If you’ve been jumping on the showertok trend this is a perfect addition to your post shower routine. You definitely cannot go wrong.

Growing up in Hillsmere, this man and his wonderful family were our next door neighbors. As a kid I had absolutely no idea what a big deal Mr. Cantello actually was. He was just a super fun grandpa next door that treated my younger brother and I like one of his own. We spent so many summer days playing in his field and running through his yard and in and out of their house getting drinks and enjoying his jokes. One of my biggest regrets is losing touch with him and his wonderful wife when we moved away. Mr and Mrs Cantello were the absolute nicest people and their kids were like older siblings to us. I’m so sad to hear he passed away but so glad he has been reunited with his wife and son.

Legendary doesn’t even begin to describe him. ❤️

Al Cantello was a Marine veteran who spent 55 years at the Naval Academy, 50 as the coach of Navy’s men’s cross country team. He died Wednesday at 92 after a brief illness.

Can I just say the results so far are 🔥
