📦 CUSTOM ORDER UPDATE 🩷

I wanted to give everyone with current custom orders a quick update!

My vendor recently shared an update with all of us retailers that they’ve experienced some production issues along with a much higher volume of custom orders than anticipated. Because of this, production has taken a little longer than originally estimated.

When these customs were first offered, the estimated turnaround time was 5–6 weeks. At this time, orders are running closer to 6–8 weeks.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while these are being completed. As soon as my shipment arrives, I’ll begin sorting orders immediately and will contact each customer as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

If the updated turnaround no longer works for you, please send me a private message. I’ll gladly issue you a full refund.

I wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up!

Beginning July 12th, USPS is increasing Ground Advantage shipping rates. Unfortunately, packages weighing under 1 pound will now be charged at the 1-pound shipping rate, which means shipping costs will increase on many lightweight orders.

While I always do my best to keep shipping as affordable as possible, this is a USPS rate change that affects small businesses like mine.

As always, I’ll continue to package your orders with care and find the most cost-effective shipping option available.
