I genuinely think service providers have been sold a very strange version of what a “launch” is.

Somewhere along the way it became synonymous with:
• disappearing for months to “build anticipation”
• posting 37 Instagram Stories a day
• acting like your cart closing is a national emergency

No wonder so many service providers say, “I don’t launch.”

But what if launching was just…selling intentionally?

That’s exactly what I did with my service. No webinar. No challenge. No social media campaign. Just a small, intentionally grown email list and a clear plan.

The best part? You don’t need a course, a membership, or 100,000 followers to borrow strategies that already work. You just need to adapt them to a one-on-one business.

I’m breaking down the entire launch—including the numbers, emails, conversions, and what I’d change next time—on today’s episode of Sell The Damn Service.

👇 I’d love to know: what’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word launch?

I sent 30 emails.

That's it.

Those 30 emails generated $22,500 in my latest launch.

No lives.
No ads.
No launch event.
No social media campaign.

In this week's podcast, I'm opening the books.

Every metric.
Every conversion.
Every mistake.
Every surprise.

Because if you're a service provider who thinks email "doesn't work"…

You might want to hear this one.

The internet will convince you that the answer is another strategy.

Another offer.
Another funnel.
Another AI workflow.
Another pivot.

Most of the time?

You don't need something new.
You need to stick with what already works long enough for it to compound.

In Episode 77, and I talk about why "boring" might actually be the smartest growth strategy, what it takes to scale without constantly reinventing your business, and why simple almost always beats complicated.

If you've been feeling the urge to burn it all down and start over...

Being booked out isn't always a sign your business is working.

Sometimes it's a sign your pricing isn't.

Gel didn't become 400% better at what she does.

She simply built an offer that reflected the value she was already creating.

More profit. Better alignment. Less delivery.

That's the power of fixing the offer instead of just working harder.

Everyone's rushing to launch a $297 offer.

By Halloween, a lot of them will be trying to quietly hide it.

Not because low-ticket doesn't work.

Because they copied the price—not the strategy.

The fastest way to scale usually isn't creating another offer.

It's making the one you already have so clear, valuable, repeatable, and scalable that more people can buy it with confidence.

Don't chase a trend that creates more work for less profit.

Comment SOLD OUT and I'll show you how we do it.
