Here, you will find photos of both new and old projects that I have made. It has been a lot of fun over the years as I have traveled around, and been able to make custom costumes for people, and create new crafts by 'up-cycling' to turn 'trash into treasures'...
The most recent makings have been the flower mobiles out of toilet paper rolls and craft supplies such as sparkles, gems, and various s
tring that I have collected over time. It feels much less wasteful as I am able to use these products and turn them into an adorable craft that shimmers wherever you hang it up! All of the leather journals are made from left over, non-usable pieces of various cow hide from a small, individually owned upholstery shop. The owner of the shop was very pleased when I approached her about using the scraps for recycled projects such as these journals, and other creations soon to come. She also gave me the remainder of a beautiful hide from a Water Buffalo from Australia. This was acquired for a special order to upholster the couches in a castle. It is a very thick, durable leather with a feeling of smooth and natural textures, along with a rich dark chocolate color. Custom costumes have been a lot of fun. They have all been very different, and each one with its own challenges and difficulties to overcome. Although, all of the time, energy, and learning involved with each project is always so rewarding, and leaves me searching for a new style or design to create. I have recently been extremely fascinated with cosplay, and truly look forward to helping people bring their favorite characters to life! Most of the photos on this page are pieces that have either been custom ordered, or currently in an art studio. Please feel free to inquire about any treasures you may be interested in!
