Crystal Healing is not an independent therapy and should not replace prescriptions or treatment of any medical condition or ailment. From receiving to shipping, each item is handled with great care. Our crystals are regularly charged by the Divine Moon Mother and maintained by raw selenite/satin spar. Prior to shipping, your purchases will be smoke cleansed with palo santo stick, dragon’s blood, benzoin, frankincense, or copal resin. Payment is due in 24 hours. If you are new to us, please like and/or follow our Page, and provide your email or Venmo QR Code, and mailing address through Facebook Messenger. We will send you an invoice for all your claimed items to the email you provide us using Square or PayPal Invoicing. If you prefer Venmo, please provide us your QR Code as well, and we will send you a payment request using Venmo. Neither Square nor PayPal require you to have an account. You can click on the link through the emailed invoice to pay using a debit or credit card. Invoices are sent within 24 hours of when the live show ended. Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours of the live show, unless you've requested an *open basket. We typically ship once a week. Please remember all invoices are due within 24 hours after receiving, or they will be canceled. After the second non-payment offense, you will unfortunately be banned from making future purchases during live feeds. To continue participating and claiming items during live shows, you must be in good standing with invoices paid. Established customers, ones that have purchased with us three or more times, can take up to 48 hours to pay an invoice. HOW TO CLAIM ON LIVE FEED
1. You can say "claim, dibs and sold" after we've given an item number and price.
2. You must say "claim + item #" or "claim + price" to claim an item. Remember, we are imperfect humans and sometimes confusion happens. If you clearly provide us with the item number and price, there will be less confusion.
3. Claimed items will go to the first person shown on our screen that says "claim + item #/price." Please be aware there is often an internet lag on Facebook. Your comment may appear to you as first, but it matters who comes up first on our screen.
4. If someone asked to see a specific item, they have first dibs to claim that item. If they pass, anyone else may claim it.
5. Let us know what you'd like to see or what you are looking for and we'll do our best for you.
6. Please be absolutely certain you want to purchase items claimed and you have the ability to pay for it promptly. Remember, payments are due in 24 hours.
7. We try our best to make everyone happy, please be sure you do the same. It's all about sharing love, knowledge and energy. PAYMENT PLAN: We may offer an occasional payment plan only for larger single item purchases, but this must be approved during the live show while claiming the item (ex: "Claim + item #/price + if I can do the payment plan.") These plans will have a short window to be paid in full and adding more items to a current payment plan will be prohibited. SHIPPING: we ship USPS First Class and Priority Flat Rate anywhere in the USA. There are four standard box sizes that ship from about $10.40 to $24.00. Small items that can safely fit in padded envelope can ship for about $6.00. SHIPPING INSURANCE: USPS now carries $100 dollar insurance on the shipped box of items. Any additional insurance must be added before the package ships. If you want additional insurance, you'll need to message us your request on Messenger. Do not pay your shipping until we have responded to your request for additional insurance. If the shipping is paid before we've added the additional insurance, your package will be shipped with the standard $100 coverage. This means pay shipping only after the added insurance is confirmed by us. We package items very well to ensure safe delivery without damage. If damage should occur during USPS handling, then USPS covers up to $100 unless more insurance was added by you. Items that are damaged and/or lost by USPS during the shipping process must be reported by YOU to the USPS claims department (via online) to receive up to a $100 refund for the damaged/lost goods.
*RULES FOR OPEN BASKETS: for an open basket, you need to let us know during the live show. You must pay invoice on the items you've claimed. Shipping will then be calculated and invoiced separately. We are a small business and cannot hold unpaid inventory. With an open basket, you can purchase items during our live shows for up to two weeks. Once the basket is closed, we will ship your goods according to our next shipping date.
