Happy Monday Everyone! Please know that health and wellness starts on a cellular level. Meaning… starting with your cells. Thus, vegetables provide energy and nutrients including, vitamins, minerals, & antioxidants tgat promote healthy cells.

The pic is of cucumbers and radishes. I literally threw seedlings in a bucket and have just been watering them. And this was about 4 weeks ago.

More importantly, i found a partially shaded spot on my porch and they have just taken off. I can't wait to harvest them in about another 30-45 days.

A PATIENTS FINAL WISHES

Which action by a nurse would satisfy a dying patients final wishes?

For those of you who don’t know, I still pic up shifts per diem other places while I still build my business.

So, the latest shift I picked up required a 3 hr drive and a 12 hr shift taking care of 24 pts. I’ve worked at this facility on several occasions before.

But, I’ve always wondered why they have such a nursing shortage? Well, now I know why.

Yesterday, I was coming out of a pts room headed towards the nursing station. And, my phone was just sitting there not ringing, playing music or anything. When the administrator went behind the nursing station and pointed to a sign which read, no phones and no earbuds. Except, she read the sign out loud and her and the DON walked away.

Now, these two know I took a 3 hour hike across the New Mexico, dessert to come and help them out. In fact, they both asked me to come on staff permanently at one time. And, I told them I was getting too old for the drama. Their response was as long as I do my job they won’t bother me. What do you call that?

And what nurse do you know that will work a 12 hr shift anywhere that she can’t even take her phone in the work area? Some people know how to build. Any some know how to destroy.
