People love to share wins. But 30+ years in business comes with plenty of flops, too.

Bad bets, ideas that never quite made it off the ground, and a few things I was very late to embrace.

Some worked out eventually. Some definitely didn’t. And some are still sitting in the warehouse waiting for their moment 👀

Turns out, building a business isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about learning, pivoting, and doing it anyway.
