e and function before starting the project, make sure expectations are set and met and will communicate with you throughout the entire project duration to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase!
50% non refundable deposit is due upfront on all commissions. The final 50% payment is due upon completion. If interested in staging services, rental furniture or rental decor/art for photography opps or events shoot us a message and we will set up a consultation with you! Most items are local pick up only in Plainfield or Romeoville but curbside delivery is available for a fee. Delivery fees are due upfront prior to the day of delivery. We can ship small items via UPS or FedEx at the buyers expense. UPS ground is automatically used unless otherwise requested. For larger furniture items we do not offer trucking services but are more than happy to work with your preferred carrier if you’d like to set up your own logistics and we will do everything we can to ensure things go seamlessly. Items can be held for up to 10 days with a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We accept Cashapp, Zellle and Venmo.
