That means shoes are Authentic but will have minor flaws if any. Buy nothing that will damage the look or feel to the shoe. Shoe company have to mark shoes as b grades if the find one in the bunch the next 10 are marked as B grades.

We only offer exchanges when a product is damaged. But you only have 10 days once you receive package to return it. NO REFUNDS!!! All packages are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost in he mail. We will re-send your package out within 30 days of the claim. If items are out of stock or you haven't received items for any reason within that time. You get a full refund.
