Fred(he/they) is a Thai-American Chef, community herbalist, culinary consultant, and certified permaculture designer. He runs a Thai comfort food and apothecary pop-up called with his partner and aims to make high quality food healthy, accessible, and community oriented.

- Moo Ping and sticky rice: Grilled pork skewers glazed with coconut cream (gf)
- Spring jok: New Crop ST25 rice, ginger and ramp sauce, peas, sugar snap peas, silken tofu (gf, vegan)

Chiyo Takemoto, founder of Coquetel Collective will be highlighting drinks representing both of her identities of being a Korean-American adopted into a Japanese-American family.
There will be Makgeolli, there will be soju, and there will definitely be sake!
