During our week in Istanbul, we had the opportunity to visit the Beykoz Glass and Crystal Museum.
Glassmaking has deep roots in the Ottoman Empire, and witnessing these remarkable works firsthand was both inspiring and humbling. As someone born and raised in Türkiye, I couldn’t help but feel that I should have known more about this rich heritage.

A beautiful reminder of the extraordinary creativity and cultural legacy that surrounds us. 🫠
