A few days in Baton Rouge surrounded by Pearce Bespoke owners and leadership from across the country — and I’m coming back to Syracuse with a notebook full of ideas.

We spent the weekend learning, sharing what’s working in our individual markets, and talking about how we can continue creating an even better experience for our clients.

Some of the most valuable conversations, though, happened outside the training sessions.

Getting to know other owners and members of the leadership team personally gave me an even stronger network of people I can learn from, bounce ideas off of, and grow alongside as I continue building Pearce Bespoke Syracuse.

I left Baton Rouge with more than notes from a seminar. I left with relationships, resources, and a clearer picture of where I want to take this business.

Now it’s time to put it into action.
