🚨THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER!! PLEASE READ ALL OF IT!!!🚨
A little reminder when placing custom orders!🫶🏼 When sending me a design or inspiration for something you’d like me to recreate, **PLEASE be as specific as possible!** I would much rather you over-communicate, explain every little detail, and triple check everything than under-communicate and have an issue once your item is already made. 🤍 I’ve had a few little mishaps lately simply because of communication of miscommunication, so I just want to clarify how my custom design process works!⬇️⬇️⬇️
If your design isn’t already completely made and I need to create/recreate it for you, please make sure your inspo is clear understanding. **I will ALWAYS send you a mockup before anything is printed or made.** If there are multiple designs, **I will send you ALL of the mockups I have created for your order.**
⚠️ **If you are expecting multiple designs and you do NOT see a mockup for one of them, PLEASE SPEAK UP!** Don’t assume I have it or that it just wasn’t included in the message. If you’re expecting something that you don’t see, please ask me about it before approving anything. I promise you are not bothering me! I would much rather you say, “Hey, weren’t we also doing this design?” so we can catch it BEFORE anything gets printed or made. 🫶🏼
✨ The mockup stage is your time to really check EVERYTHING!
Please look at the wording, spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, how many designs you’re expecting, and all the little details. I do my absolute best to create something as close as possible to the inspiration and information you’ve given me, but I’m relying on YOU to make sure everything is there and looks the way you want it before giving me the okay!
I also try to ask questions or offer suggestions when I think something may look better a certain way, but I’ve learned that not everyone wants that — so sometimes I try not to overstep. **Please never be afraid to ask questions, correct something, request a change, or explain exactly what you’re wanting!** You are NOT bothering me. I’d rather us go back and forth a few extra times and get it right. 🥰 At the end of the day, I truly strive to make every single customer happy and give you a product you LOVE. But creating the perfect custom item has to be a little bit of a team effort between you and me🫶🏼
I’m human, and I absolutely can make mistakes. If I make one, I’ll always be the first to own my wrongs and do my best to make it right. I just ask that we work together, communicate clearly, and double/triple check those mockups before approval.
