There’s something I’ve been quietly working on lately… and it’s been transformative.
I’ve been minimizing the noise in my life.
Not in a restrictive way—but in a way that creates clarity, ease, and better results.
It started with my skincare. I went from an 8-step routine to just 3… and my skin is calmer, clearer, and far less reactive. Turns out, I wasn’t lacking products—I was overloading my skin with too many actives.
And then I realized… I was doing the same thing with my wardrobe.
Over time, my style has evolved—but my closet hadn’t caught up. It was full, but not aligned. Options everywhere, but not a lot that felt quite right.
So I went back to my own method—the STYLEFIT System-and applied it in my changing style.
I revisited my closet with intention. Chapter 9 is where it all comes together after you’ve gone through all the letters (chapters) in STYLEFIT (they all stand for something in case you were not aware, you need to get the book! 😂) mastering your closet is the final piece to pull it all together. I talk about outfit formulas and why they are important.
I think it’s a great idea to start with your lifestyle categories and identify your most successful outfit in each category. I worked through the process exactly the way I have described it in the book.
I let go of pieces that no longer reflect who I am today.
I focused on what I actually wear, how I actually live, and what feels like me in this season of life.
And the result? Less clutter. More clarity. And getting dressed feels effortless. And here’s the truth—I’ve helped so many of my clients do this same reset.
When we strip away the excess and focus on what actually fits your life, your body, and your style now… everything changes. They stop overbuying, stop second-guessing, and finally feel aligned in their wardrobe.
This is exactly why I wrote the STYLEFIT System book.
It walks you through this process step-by-step—helping you edit, organize, and rebuild your closet in a way that works for you.
If your wardrobe feels overwhelming or disconnected, it may not be about needing more… it might be about needing less, but right.
✨ Transform your wardrobe. Transform your life.
