August, you were full in the best way.

Family, creating, wedding memories, long studio days, meaningful work, prayer, preparation, travel, and so many little moments tucked in between.

I made things with my hands, carried stories with my heart, celebrated people I love, and kept moving toward what’s next.

Some chapters closed. Some new ones cracked open.

And now, September… I’m ready for you.

Packed to the gills, surrounded by all the things we somehow convinced ourselves we needed to bring 😂, and officially headed north!

I’m so looking forward to a few days filled with creativity, connection, beautiful conversations, familiar faces, new friendships, and all the goodness that seems to happen when creative women gather.

Sometimes we don’t need more words.

We simply need a place to pause, breathe, and listen.

Sound therapy creates space for the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the spirit to settle.

Through the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments, we are invited out of the noise and back into the present moment.

Nothing to perform.

Nothing to perfect.

Only sound, stillness, and the opportunity to leave a little more whole. Today we spent a little time with family for a little reset for the weekend.

Have you ever stepped back to fully embrace and savor everything happening in your life…. home, family, the everyday rhythms that usually blur into the background?

The routines, the small boxes of life we tend to overlook, suddenly asking to be noticed again.

I’ve been learning to see differently, to listen more closely, to notice what was already here.

And it’s given me a clearer sense of what I want to share:

Art.

Stories.

Sound.

Gathering.

And the small, meaningful practices that help us return to ourselves.

My business, much like my life… is becoming a place where sound, stillness, and creation meet.

It feels less like a new direction and more like leaning into what has always been there… more like coming home.

One of my favorite parts of creating is the people I meet along the way. ❤️

Today I stopped by my friend Carol’s new shop Nacoochee Hearth & Home to pick up a quilt she beautifully long-arm quilted for me, and I couldn’t leave without taking a few photos. Her space is every bit as lovely as her work, full of charm, creativity, and handmade magic that makes you want to linger awhile.

I’m so grateful for talented friends who help bring these pieces to life. Now that this quilt is home, I can’t wait to begin the next phase of its journey.
