A huge THANK YOU to Queen City Coffee Roasters in Clifton, NJ for the invitation to host this special read-aloud event yesterday morning, and an even bigger thank you to the parents and little ones who came!

It was wonderful to see so many little faces filled with wonder as we dove into the world of Hippo and Bunny books.

There is nothing quite like the combination of fresh coffee, local community, and the magic of storytelling. We had an absolute blast sharing these adventures with you and your children!

🥰 We had the best time reading Hippo and Bunny Rainy Day Fun and Hippo and Bunny Learn To Be Kind with these preschool cuties during their Guest Reader series.

🧡 One of our very favorite things to do is read our books with these budding readers and watch their faces as they react to each of the characters and the stories!

We even got to pause and chat about the importance of sharing, taking turns and saying please as Hippo, Bunny and Lamby practice together in “Learn To Be Kind”.

Looking forward to our next reading! 📚

World Kindness Week has been a blast so far!

We’ve been dropping into classrooms for virtual and in-person readings of our “Hippo and Bunny Learn To Be Kind” book.

We had the opportunity to chat with pre-k and kindergarten students about what acts of kindness they can engage in to help everyone feel special and happy 😊 they surprised us with all of their great ideas for how to show kindness!
