Adding insult to injury: a custom Buffalo Bills blanket, hand-knit in New England by a Patriots fan… and finished the same week we lost the Super Bowl 💙❤️😅

My friend asked me to make this as a Valentine’s Day gift, and I said yes weeks ago. Back when there was hope. Back when things were different.

Now here I am, posting a division rival’s logo while still processing Sunday’s loss. The universe has a sense of humor.

But honestly? This blanket represents everything I love about what I do through Brindle + Low - putting the craft first, creating something meaningful for someone else, and honoring the work even when it’s challenging (literally AND emotionally).

I haven’t started widely offering blankets just yet (they’re a much bigger undertaking than my scarves, hats and headbands), but I do love taking on projects like this. Maybe one day soon, Brindle blankets will be a thing. Probably before the Bills take the AFC championship 😁
