Back in our college running days, we dreamed of opening a shop so we could stay connected to the sport and community we love. When that dream became a reality, shop cat Ellie greeted customers from day one.

Today, Fitness Sports has grown far beyond what we ever imagined—and now, we get to share that passion with our kids.

While a lot has changed over the years, our commitment to supporting Iowans with a fit, healthy lifestyle hasn't moved an inch. We’re so grateful for this journey and excited to keep serving Iowa for the next 50+ years!
